Established in 1986, Capital Communications, Inc. is a multi- million dollar Telecommunications Contracting Company. CCI provides high quality, state-of-the-art equipment engineering, installation, testing and maintenance services for telephone company facilities. Founder and President, David G. O'Reilly developed extensive experience through various Inter-Exchange Carriers. Mr. O'Reilly was responsible for the implementation and supply of technical support systems for field personnel, as well as, managing the deployment of new switching systems. During his tenure with the IXC's, he observed the emergence of new equipment manufacturers and recognized a vital need for the re-establishment of stringent installation procedures and workmanship standards once practiced by the former Western Electric Company. After carefully analyzing the industry and studying the downfall of numerous installation contracting companies, Capital Communications was formed.
